| Where are the
updates?
Hello,
Your site is pretty good but you should put more updates to the release
dates and preview some of the newer games.
- Andy
Paul Responds: Thanks, I'm glad you like the site. When you sent
this e-mail we were in the process of updating our layout so we didn't do
any updates except for the news. Now as the new layout is up you will be
seeing more release date updates and definitely more previews for the best
upcoming games.
Donkey Kong Racing MIA?
I was just wondering if Donkey Kong Racing is ever going to
be released for the Nintendo GameCube. With Rare working for Microsoft
now, has the game been cancelled? Also, since Rare has made so many Donkey
Kong games, are they going to be making DK games for the X-Box? Thanks in
advance for your response.
- Virtualboy
Paul Responds: At this point in time its hard to say
whether or not Donkey Kong Racing will ever be released. Many of the games
Rare was working on for Nintendo are sort of missing in action, nobody
except for Nintendo or Rare know about it and they aren't talking either.
There is chance we may see it in the future, but I wouldn't keep my hopes
up.
And to answer your second question even though Rare made many Donkey Kong
games Nintendo owns the rights to him. They have since they created him in
1981 and they will continue to own him. So, no Rare won't be making any
Donkey Kong games for the XBox.
Resident Evil Redux
OK, With Resident Evil 2 and 3 on the GameCube, I heard
that nothing has changed, so I just wanted to ask, have they made the
graphics any better, if so are they as good as Resident Evil Remake's
graphics???
- DigitalSyntax
Paul Responds: I do believe that Resident Evil 2 and 3 are
basically ports of the Dreamcast versions of the games. And they weren't
updated that much either and they aren't remade as the original
Resident Evil was for GameCube.
Cubes Versus Boxes Part II
What is it with x-box fan boys only being able to talk about
graphics? I don't understand "casual" gamers that sprung up in
the PSX era and I was just wondering why the fan boys of other systems
always look at graphics and advertisement. I mean "Lunchbox?" is
that "Ccot of Langley" guy kidding??? Anyway do you guys
understand the minds of Xbox fan boys?
- Anonymous
Paul Responds: Nobody can understand the minds of any
kinds of fan boys, well maybe people can but there is no reason too. No
offense to fan boys (or girls) but are they are the hardcore gamers that
have strong loyalties to one console or company. They're kind of thinking
is set in stone, nothing can make them change their minds. Its best to
just nod your head and smile whenever they try to bash another console.
A Question from Down Under
Does anyone know if there is any information about a
Dragon Ball Z GameCube Game, even if it is just a rumor I would still like
to know, also do you know when StarFox Armada, and Animal Crossing's will
be released in Australia. THANX.
- DigitalSyntax
Paul Responds: Well according to the software release lists that
came out back in January, a version of the PS2 game Dragon Ball Z Budokai
is headed to the GameCube in late August. And we do not know when StarFox
Armada will be released in Australia, we're not even too sure when it will
be released in North America or Japan for that matter.
To answer your last question, Animal Crossing won't be released in
Australia or in any of the PAL territories, in Australia's case there is
different holidays and the seasons are different so it would be too much
work to localize it and the same goes for Europe.
A Question that Burns the Soul
Will Wind
Waker have Ganondorf and some of the old bosses in it? Also I was
wondering what Soul Caliber is. Is it just a game with different Nintendo
characters fighting with a weapon they own?
- Carter Sacry
Paul Responds: Will Wind Waker have Ganondorf or the other old
bosses? Hmmm, I wouldn't want to spoil it for you. Oh well..........
Soul Caliber II is a sequel to the Dreamcast smash hit Soul Caliber which
was a sequel to the arcade hit Soul Edge, and they are developed and
published by Namco of Tekken fame. And SCII is the first non-Nintendo
fighting game to feature a Nintendo character which we all know is Link.
There are no other known Nintendo characters in the game, none that we
know of at least.
